Running Playlist

I guess I had the volume up too loud at the start... I missed hearing some friends holler at me...

  1. July Flame // Laura Veirsa great starting song - brooding downtempo with a lot of passion.
  2. These Long Roads // Rue Royale - the lyrics make a difference, and it seems at the start like you'll never get there, but in the end, hands will be in the air!
  3. Hello Hurricane // Switchfoot - we've all seen plenty of "dead end fury", and sometimes we need a reminder that it can't silence our love.
  4. Extreme Ways // Moby - the power track to close out the half way mark.  Jason Bourne can surely run faster than me, but I'll bet I am a better driver.
  5. West End Girls // Pet Shop Boys - barely made the list, a nod to the 80's and a dive bomb   in a west end town - call the police.
  6. Three More Days // Ray LaMontagne - on the homestretch the best part is thinking about coming home to Heather and Aidan.  I just hope it won't take three days to finish the run.
  7. Climb On (a back that's strong) // Caedmon's Call - good to have other people around.
